Columns, Accessories & Software

Column management systems, fraction collectors, detectors, CDS software bundled into financing.

Used & Certified Refurbished HPLC

Manufacturer-certified, dealer-refurbished, and instrument rebuilds for all major brands. All age points financed when service records support it.

Multi-System Lab Builds

Multiple HPLC systems, multiple vendors, master lease with individual per-instrument schedules.

Gas Chromatography (GC)

FID, TCD, ECD, and headspace GC systems for volatiles and purity analysis. Agilent 8890, Shimadzu, Thermo. $20K to $120K.

QC lab to research environment, we structure deals for both. Transactions from $30,000 to $5,000,000+. New, certified refurbished, and dealer-refurbished instruments all eligible.

Why iLease Capital

A broker who actually
knows chromatography.

We know the method, not just the machine.

Most lenders see a dollar amount. We see an Agilent 1290 Infinity II configured for reverse-phase gradient work, a Waters Acquity Arc with UV and MS detection, or a Shimadzu Nexera X3 running QC. That fluency gets your deal funded faster.

Upgrade cycle aware

HPLC systems have 5 to 10 year production lifecycles but 3 to 5 year upgrade cycles in cutting-edge environments. We match structure to where your lab sits on that spectrum: FMV for planned upgrades, $1 buyout for production anchors.

Real lab operator experience

We've opened and operated both a high-throughput toxicology lab and a cannabis testing lab. We've sourced HPLC and UHPLC systems, validated methods, and built compliant workflows. We've stood in the lab buyer's seat.

Used and refurbished done right

A refurbished Agilent or Shimadzu HPLC can be a smart play. We know what to look for in service history, pump cycles, and remaining useful life, and we work with lenders comfortable financing pre-owned chromatography systems.

Soft costs bundled

Columns, software licenses, service contracts, and installation bundled into financing at no rate premium. Soft costs up to 20 to 25% of hardware cost.

Soft pull, always

No impact to your credit score during evaluation. We run soft pulls only until you're ready to move forward.

Common Questions

HPLC Financing,
Answered.

Can I finance a refurbished or used HPLC system?

Yes. Refurbished and certified pre-owned HPLC systems from Agilent, Waters, and Shimadzu finance well. They have strong residual values and broad market acceptance. What matters more than the calendar year is service history, condition, and remaining useful life. We have placed deals on systems well past the decade mark when the documentation supports it. We know which lenders are most comfortable with pre-owned analytical equipment and position your deal accordingly.

Can columns, software, and service agreements be bundled into the financing?

Yes. Extended service agreements, CDS software licenses (Empower, OpenLab, LabSolutions), column inventories, and installation and qualification costs can typically be bundled into the financing at no rate premium. This keeps your initial cash outlay near zero and spreads the total cost of ownership over the lease term.

FMV or $1 buyout, which is right for HPLC?

For production QC labs running validated methods long-term, a $1 buyout makes sense. You own the instrument and get full Section 179. For pharma R&D or reference labs that upgrade platforms every 3 to 5 years when methods or detection needs change, FMV gives you lower payments and the flexibility to return or upgrade. We walk through both options before anything is signed.

How does iLease Capital compare to Agilent or Waters financing programs?

Manufacturer captive programs only finance their own equipment at a single rate. iLease Capital is lender-agnostic. We shop 50+ lenders and routinely match or beat captive rates, especially on refurbished equipment or multi-vendor configurations. We also finance multiple vendors (e.g., an Agilent HPLC with a Shimadzu detector) in a single transaction.

Can I finance multiple HPLC systems in one transaction?

Yes. Multi-instrument transactions are common and often preferred by lenders. Larger deal sizes reduce per-unit costs and can yield better rates. Whether you're outfitting a QC lab with 4 systems or replacing an aging fleet of 10 instruments, we can structure it as a single master lease or individual schedules depending on your accounting needs.
